• Real-world application and troubleshooting
• Review and consolidation of skills with support to create a realistic maintenance plan
• PDF guides and exercises for use between sessions 

🔗 Beginner + Advanced Bundle

6-session breathwork pathway

This bundle combines Beginner Basics and Advanced Consolidation into a single, continuous six-session programme.

It's designed for people who already know they want to commit to the full breathwork pathway and prefer to complete the work in one structured arc rather than deciding step by step.

The content is the same as completing both courses separately, with a reduced overall price in recognition of the upfront commitment.

🧭 Mindfulness-Only Nervous System Regulation

For existing clients only

Available to clients who have completed at least one core package.

On-demand sessions are for review, troubleshooting, or refreshing skills already learned for moments where extra support is needed. They are not intended as open-ended or ongoing therapy.
